Ingredients
- 1 kg of chicken breast
- 1 dried onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- parsley
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- salt to taste
- olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 200 gr. yoghurt
- 1 bay leaf
- 3-4 fresh onions
Method
- cut the chicken into small pieces
- chop the fresh and dried onion and garlic
- in a saucepan add a little oil and add the fresh and dried onion and garlic until golden
- add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes
- add the parsley and tomato paste, stirring until the paste dissolves
- add water, cover the ingredients, and spices, curry, cinnamon, coriander, sweet paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, sugar, salt and bay leaf
- lower the heat and cover for about 15 minutes
- after the chicken is cooked, add the lemon juice and yoghurt
